D eep ruby red with violet nuances, this wine boasts intense, clean, elegant flavours which start with notes of currents and blueberries followed by violets and pink peppercorns. Full, harmonious, pleasingly tannic and lingering. It pairs well with hearty dishes, stews, fowl, roasts, grilled meats, salami and sharp cheeses.

Keep in a dark place at: 16°C.
